Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers that are not currently under review by any other conference or journal. Submissions should present significant research contributions, innovative methodologies, or practical applications related to cognitive artificial intelligence and intelligent systems.
ICogSys 2026 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts working on advanced intelligent systems and real-world AI applications.

All papers must be written in English.
Submissions must follow the conference paper template. Detailed formatting instructions and templates will be provided soon.
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by the Technical Program Committee. Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
Original research contributions presenting theoretical advances, algorithms, models, or experimental studies related to cognitive and intelligent systems.
Papers describing implemented intelligent systems, prototypes, or applied solutions demonstrating practical applications of intelligent technologies. Submissions should clearly explain system design, architecture, evaluation, and practical insights.
Page limits include figures, tables, and references.
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a camera-ready version incorporating reviewers' comments within the specified deadline.
Note: Detailed instructions for preparing the camera-ready version will be provided after the notification of acceptance.
Accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication in a Springer conference proceedings series. Final publication is subject to approval by Springer.
