Submission Categories
Full Research Papers
Original research contributions presenting theoretical advances, algorithms, models, or experimental studies related to cognitive and intelligent systems.
Application and System Papers
Papers describing implemented intelligent systems, prototypes, or applied solutions demonstrating practical applications of intelligent technologies. Submissions should clearly explain system design, architecture, evaluation, and practical insights.
Review Process
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by the Technical Program Committee.
Each paper will be evaluated by at least two to three independent reviewers based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, and significance of contributions.
Author identities and affiliations must be anonymized in the submitted manuscript. Reviewers will also remain anonymous to the authors throughout the review process.
Plagiarism and AI Policy: All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using professional detection tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected without further review. In accordance with Springer guidelines, the use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to generate substantial portions of text, figures, or code is strictly prohibited. AI tools may only be used to improve language and readability, and such use must be disclosed in the acknowledgements section. The authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their work. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the authors' institutions.
Accepted papers will be presented at the conference and included in the conference proceedings.
