At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the applicable Author Registration and present the paper at ICogSys 2026 for the paper to remain eligible for consideration for inclusion in the applicable Springer proceedings.
One full Author Registration covers one accepted paper. Where the same registered author has more than one accepted paper, the applicable Additional Paper registration fee will apply.
The 9th International Symposium on Intelligent Informatics (ISI 2026) is an affiliated sub-conference of ICogSys 2026 and forms part of the overall ICogSys 2026 technical programme. ISI authors and participants will register through the same ICogSys 2026 registration system.
ICogSys 2026, including the Main Conference, Special Symposia and ISI 2026, will be conducted fully online.

All applicable international payment, bank, intermediary/correspondent-bank, remittance, card/network and currency-conversion charges shall be borne by the registrant. The applicable conference registration fee must be received in full. Any shortfall resulting from bank or remittance deductions may be required to be paid before registration is confirmed.
Authors registering under the Student Author category must be enrolled as students at the time of registration. Valid institutional proof of current student status may be required during registration or subsequent verification.
Registration and acceptance of a paper do not by themselves guarantee publication in a Springer proceedings volume. At least one author must register and present the accepted paper; required final manuscripts and documents must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines; and the paper must satisfy the applicable conference editorial, quality and research-integrity checks and the requirements of the relevant Springer proceedings series.

The registration fees for ICogSys 2026 Main Conference/Special Symposia and ISI 2026 are different. Select the category corresponding to the submission under which the paper was accepted.
ISI 2026 is an affiliated sub-conference of ICogSys 2026 and part of the overall ICogSys 2026 technical programme; it is not a separate conference for registration purposes.
